Indication:Investigation of some primary immunodeficiency patients and to assist in diagnosis of Sjogren’s Syndrome (polyclonal IgG is restricted to the IgG1 subclass).

Important Information:

Inappropriate to measure in children < 2 years of age, as low levels may be due to immaturity or immunodeficiency; 'Specific Functional Antimicrobial Antibodies’ are more useful.
