Description:

Indication: Assessment of response to interferon treatment in Multiple Sclerosis patients

Background: Positive results (>100 units) may reduce efficacy of interferon beta treatment. Positive results should be confirmed on a sample taken at least 4 weeks after the original sample.

Method:Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)

Repeat Frequency: As clinically indicated.
